The office is an important part of the organizational culture of every company.
It provides a work environment that will support business growth for years to come. We chose a landmark building in Warsaw. It boasts a unique design, a prime location, great functionality and high-tech solutions. The mBank Tower will ultimately accommodate around 3,000 people who previously worked in eight different locations across Warsaw. Our office was designed in line with the concept of the Activity-Based Workplace. We have rooms for heads-down or project work and informal meetings, 300+ meeting rooms, and even an auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 100 people. For this project we engaged with an internal project team, our employees from across the board and various departments. We wanted our employees to have a say in what the office would look like and to feel they were co-designers.
mBank teamed up with Cresa Poland because they represent tenants only. So there was a guarantee of an unbiased assessment of the leasing process and agreed terms, and impartial advice.
