According to the Newmark Polska report "Office Occupier – Office Market in Kraków," last year was characterized by exceptional tenant activity, with most tenants choosing to remain in their existing locations. This is evidenced by the 58% share of renegotiations in the total take-up recorded in Kraków in 2024. Developers still condition the start of new office investments on the signing of pre-lease agreements. Meanwhile, the large amount of available space in existing office buildings means that tenants have relatively easy access to suitable offices in convenient locations.
