Newmark Polska is led by Managing Partner Piotr Kaszyński, FRICS. He has 25 years of experience in the real estate market. Previously, he was the Managing Partner at Cresa Poland. Piotr also worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an Equity Partner, Head of the Retail Department and Head of Capital Markets in Poland. Piotr led development consultancy and space leasing in over 60 prominent retail properties in Poland. Piotr received many top industry awards including the Best Retail Agent of the Year and CEE Retail & Leisure Agency Firm of the Year.
In September 2018 we were awarded the Real Estate Market Debut of the Year by Warsaw Business Journal.
In September 2019 we won a special award of Prime Property Prize 2019 during the gala of the ninth edition of Property Forum 2019, the biggest event on the commercial real estate market in Poland held by the PTWP Group.
