Jędrzej Suchowolec, an expert with professional experience in real estate acquisition and sale consulting, has joined global real estate advisor Cresa as a Senior Advisor in its capital markets department in Poland.
Jędrzej is responsible for providing investment consultancy, coordination of transaction processes, carrying out due diligence investigations and financial analyses.

Jędrzej Suchowolec has been gaining professional experience for several years working side by side with leading real estate experts, including at Cushman & Wakefield, where he proved himself to be a skilled analyst and advisor to key market players, participating in such transactions as the acquisition of the Riviera Shopping Centre in Gdynia by Union Investment, acquisition of the Focus Mall shopping centres in Zielona Góra and Piotrków Trybunalski by Rockcastle, the sale of the Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elbląg by CBRE GI and the sale of RECE’s portfolio. Jędrzej completed Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw and CEMS Master in International Management of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
