According to the report by Newmark Polska titled "Office Occupier – Office Market in Tricity", the demand for office space in Tricity reached the second highest level in history in 2024. At the same time, the vacancy rate, which had remained above 12% for the past four years, saw a slight decrease at the end of December. Despite relatively moderate construction activity, developers are closely monitoring the Tricity market and are ready to start new office projects in response to tenant demand.
